The majority of orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. However, custom cuts, decor, bathroom panels and some bulk orders may take up to 5 working days. Please contact us if you require more information.

Shipping is calculated on weight and our costs start from just £24.99. Discounts will be applied for bulk and local deliveries.
The majority of our sheets are sent rolled to reduce damages, this also enables us to get them to you as quickly as possible. Larger orders/deliveries may arrive using our own transport or may come directly from the manufacturer, these will arrive flat and may sometimes be on a pallet. Please allow up to 7 days for any larger orders however most will arrive in 2 to 3 days.
Once you have received your sheets, please unpack them and lay/store them flat immediately.
All trims will arrive in separate packaging
Glue may be wrapped in-between the sheets; you will find your glue once you have fully unpacked and laid your sheets flat.
Decor cladding/ Shower panel and Flooring orders:
All Shower panel/decor cladding orders will arrive via our own vans or via our manufacturers courier. Most deliveries will be made within 5 working days.
All trims and glue will arrive in separate packaging.

Hygienic ceiling panels and suspended ceiling orders:
All hygienic ceiling panel and suspended ceiling orders will arrive via our own vans or via our manufacturers courier. Most deliveries will be made within 5 working days.
All trims and glue will arrive in separate packaging.

All other products will arrive via our own vans or via our manufacturers courier. Most deliveries will be made within 5 working days. In exceptional circumstances deliveries may take a little longer, somebody will be in touch to advise of an estimated delivery time if this is the case.
All products need unwrapping and storing on a flat surface to ensure the panels remain flat whilst in storage. DO NOT store PVC panels/packs in direct sunlight.
Upon receipt of your order, conduct a thorough check of your items to ensure they are as ordered.
If you have multiple packs of decor cladding, check the batch numbers on the ends of the packs to ensure they are all the same
Damages are rare; however, any damage or shortages need to be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.

A restocking may be applied to specific items and returns are at the consumer’s cost.
You can return items up to 30 days after receiving your order.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Delivery charges will not be refunded if the customer is at fault for the return of any items.
